NOVAE GROUP PLC (“the Company”)
PURCHASE OF SHARES BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE EMPLOYEE SHARE OWNERSHIP TRUST (the “EBT”)
The Company received notification on 17 May 2010 that the trustees of the EBT have acquired Ordinary shares of £1 each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary shares”) as detailed below:

Following this transaction, the trustees hold a total of 739,960 Ordinary shares of £1 each, representing 1.011% of the Company’s issued Ordinary shares. The executive directors of the Company have an interest in the Ordinary shares held by the EBT as potential beneficiaries of the EBT in respect of their participation in Novae Group plc’s Long Term Incentive Plan.
This notification is made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
