Mr Barry Dean, a non-executive director of Elderstreet VCT plc, was appointed a non-executive director of Downing Absolute Income VCT 2 plc on 4 December 2009, a company whose shares were admitted to the official list and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 5 February 2010.
Mr Nicholas Lewis, a non-executive director of Elderstreet VCT plc, was appointed a non-executive director of Downing Absolute Income VCT 2 plc on 25 November 2009, a company whose shares were admitted to the official list and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 5 February 2010.
